Upon receiving the Job Order, we strategically advertise the required categories in leading English and Regional newspapers nationwide, including Times of India, Assignment's Abroad, Hindu, and regional publications of respective cities, on behalf of our clients.

Our Technical Consultants conduct personal interviews based on the provided job description, with skilled/semi-skilled categories undergoing specialized trade tests aligned with their expertise.

Highly experienced consultants screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on professional skills, experience, knowledge, personality, and adaptability. Shortlisted candidates are then presented to the client's representative for final selection.

During the personnel interview, our specialized consultants scrutinize applicants' abilities, assess resumes, and verify employment documents from previous employers.

Our technical consultants, based on client questionnaires, interview applicants to verify their knowledge of the applied speciality.

Upon receiving the final selection list, candidates undergo medical examinations and other visa-processing formalities.

Candidates complete medical formalities with Gulf Panel Doctors, and their Medical Fitness Reports are shared with clients.

Upon receipt of Visa documents, passports and required documents are submitted to the Consulate for Visa stamping.

Visa-stamped passports are submitted to the Protector of Emigrants for immigration clearance.

Candidates receive their departure files with the Employment contract, Visa-stamped passport, Immigration copy, Insurance, and Ticket two days before travel. Arrival details are communicated to the client.

Our representative ensures a smooth transition upon the candidate's arrival, acting as a mediator between the client and our Head office.

To fulfill statutory requirements, employers provide us with documents like a Demand Letter, contract agreement, and other specified specimens on the company's original letterhead. Neda Manpower assists in facilitating the recruitment drive in compliance with government regulations.
